a) Medical Reason that prevents any kind of travel.
b) Death in the family or a close family member suffering from a critical illness.
c) Your home Country is affected by a sudden natural disaster.
d) Home country is affected by a sudden situation of War or Unrest.
e) Your employer or school is no longer able to provide you the course you had been approved for.
a) Marrying or starting a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
b) You have failed in the course you had been taking.
c) Pregnancy – though it will require special medical instruction which will clearly prevent you from travelling.
1. A copy of your passport’s pages containing personal information.
2. Documents that evidently support your reasons and claims for a waiver like your medical reports or a death certificate of deceased family member etc.
3. If any of the presented documents is not in English, you also have to include English translations. The translations are accepted only if they are accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters.
